ACCESS TO THE PARK
Where is the show located?
The show takes place on the Ailly-sur-Noye lake.
Are there any parking lots?
There are several free parking lots available from 6.30pm.
What are the park opening times?
The park opens at 7pm, with food and entertainment also available from 7pm.
Are there any toilets?
Toilets are available.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are not allowed in the park.
VIGIPIRATE PLAN
All metal objects and glass bottles are not allowed inside the park.
Are water bottles allowed during the show?
Water bottles are permitted, except for metal flasks due to the Vigipirate plan.
RESTAURANT
Can I eat on site?
We offer two catering areas: fast food and traditional food.
Is there a vegetarian menu?
We offer a vegetarian menu on request in the traditional restaurant, as well as a vegetarian dish in the fast-food restaurant.
Are picnics allowed?
You are welcome to picnic in the open-air theater before ticket control, where tables are available.
Picnics are not permitted inside the show.
SHOW TICKET
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets on the website, at the Souffle de la terre office in Ailly-sur-Noye and at the box office on performance nights, subject to availability.
Where can I collect my ticket if I have reserved it?
You can collect your ticket from the ticket office from 7pm.
Are phone tickets accepted?
Phone tickets are accepted.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cheques, credit cards, cash and ANCV vacation vouchers.
Are vacation vouchers accepted?
We accept ANCV vacation vouchers.
What should I do if I haven’t received my tickets?
Please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Is there a special rate for people with disabilities?
Yes, the rate is accessible with proof of disability. Please contact us for more information.
How many people are considered a group?
From 20 people upwards.
THE SHOW
What time does the show start?
The show starts at 9:30 p.m., so we recommend you be in the stands at least 10 minutes beforehand.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 90 minutes.
Is the show accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the show is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please contact us to guarantee the best seats in the stands.
What is the recommended age for the show?
The show is recommended for ages 4 and up, because of the powerful sound and strobe lights.
Is the show stroller-friendly?
Strollers are allowed in the park, but not in the stands.
Will the show take place in bad weather?
Unless the prefecture decides otherwise, the show will go on.
The bleachers are not covered, so we advise you to make sure you are well covered.

Are photos and videos allowed during the show?
Photos and videos are not permitted during the show.
How are the seats in the stands arranged?
Seats are numbered.
Is there a program for the show?
The program is on sale in the store and in the stands.

Is it possible to sleep on site?
The tourist office has a list of accommodation in and around the village.
